When will my order arrive?

Please allow up to 4-14 days for your order to arrive. It takes 4 days to process your order. If your package has not arrived, contact our customer support which will promptly inform you of your package whereabouts.

Does MNJ SALES ship outside of the U.S.?

MNJ SALES is proud to service our customers from all over the USA, but has not yet expanded beyond that. 

How do I track my package?

Once you place an order, you will receive an automatic confirmation email/or text. Once your order has been processed and is leaving the warehouse, you will receive another automatic email with updated shipping information.

I got my order, but an item is missing, defective, or not what I
ordered. What do I do?

Once you receive your order, please thoroughly check your delivered items immediately. If you believe an item is missing, defective, or not a part of your order, contact our customer care department within immediately days of receiving the package. We are happy to address all concerns.
